Except in an emergency, every course of care begins with a first consultation. It starts with time to talk in the office, before the clinical examination, so that there is real space to meet, listen and discuss. At Oracle we treat people, not just teeth.

This first consultation lets us hear what you have come for, understand what you are hoping for and make a precise clinical diagnosis. Where necessary, X-rays can be taken during the appointment to complete the assessment.

This consultation is not usually intended to include treatment on the day. It is devoted above all to analysing the situation, explaining what we have found, setting out the treatment options and obtaining your consent. Depending on what is needed, a quote may also be drawn up.
You are supported at every stage of your care and in the treatment decisions that concern you. We are committed to making everyone a full participant in their own health. -
Treatment is then scheduled at a later date, following a personalised plan designed with respect for you, your comfort and your time.
